Sometimes its good or sometimes its important to be heard.
This is one of the greatest things that Living Water Fellowship has offered ~ a place to be heard.
When my son was very little and had grown up hearing us pray out loud, he made the observation:
"God must have a million ears!"
It made me smile and I felt comforted because God is always listening!
One scripture counsels: Be quick to hear and slow to speak. When I think back over the countless times we've met with many different brothers and sisters over the years, one constant that I always recall has been the willingness to hear whatever those we've met with needed to say the day they met with us. I remember always hearing my husband asking anyone who met with us: "What are you up for today?" That our meetings centered around the need of whoever was visiting us, rather than what we might have been looking to look into at the time.
Being a good listener is what our heavenly Father is and what my husband and our fellowship has always sought to extend.
Our Website is a reflection of the numerous things we have heard from those who needed to speak at any given time, including ourselves.
We have witnessed the transformation from hurt to peace, from pain to comfort, and from stress to relief, in many, especially ourselves.
I could say many things, but I am glad to have become someone who looks forward to drawing near to listen.
